CUPCAKES CUPCAKES CUPCAKES

I didn't find much in the bakery/wedding cake sites on google for the Beech Mtn/Boone area. But the ONE I did find was a gold mine!!!

Brandon Kop, of Stick Boy Bakery, created the best cupcakes in the fall theme I have ever seen! And even though I got a chance to taste a cupcake I heard they were delicious! Most of them were gone before we ever cut our cake!!!Thank you so much!

We had red velvet, gingerbread, apple cinnamon, pistachio and of course pumpkin flavored cupcakes decorated accordingly for our guests. And Brandon made us a 6 in cake that was decorated similarly...and while it ended up on my face and not my mouth, what I tasted was good:)

Bryan and I made the cake stand out of wood from a nearby construction site...we sanded the you know what out of them and coated them numerous times with a matte poly-sealant. It worked out perfectly and was free.
